Book On the Edge of Beauty

You may know Ellis primarily as “one of the most influential makeup artists of her generation,” as Vogue Paris once described her. But before makeup, Ellis originally aspired to become a photographer. When she launched her own brand, she returned to that first passion — creating both the photography and makeup for all of the brand’s visual work. The result proved so distinctive that she was soon also commissioned as a photographer by magazines and for exhibitions.

This book brings together 64 pages of visual work created for her own brand ELLIS FAAS, as well as editorial and exhibition projects.
