HOW TO
There’s no right or wrong when it comes to these Lights. Apply using the applicator, a brush, or your fingers – either covering the lid, layering over Creamy Eyes, or using topically. For maximum intensity, let the Light dry on application without blending. For a more subtle effect, tap with your finger or fade it out before it dries.
