Return and Exchange Conditions:
Time Frame for Returns and Exchanges:
You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same
condition that you received it, and in the unopened original packaging.

Return and Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@ellisfaas.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return or exchange authorisation number.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of
payment within 10 days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your email request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
For returns of new products, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If there is a quality issue with the product, ELLIS FAAS will cover the return shipping fees.
For exchanges due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
